Multi-platform container images

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am currently toying with the idea of using the official Revive image as the base image of revive-action with the next minor release. Since I have also added an ARM64 image with v2.6 at the request of a user (morphy2k/revive-action#144), it would be essential that Revive also provides an ARM64 image.

I assume this should be of interest to other users as well.

Describe the solution you'd like
Building and deploying an image for linux/amd64 and linux/arm64.

I have already created a PR for this. See #1070
