Managed to reproduce an error locally, not the same though.

Node.js v18.8.0

Seems that locally we resolve a IPv6 address while the container itself doesn't support it. A bit tricky tbh.

Current suggestion - to print a warning when the outgoing tcp feature is enabled without DNS, and in tests to combine the two.
