[Address #158]
Elasticsearch File Generation:

  • Address usage of wrong termcode hash functions by switching to ones using the context in combination the coding to generate a unique value when the same value set is used in multiple search criterion definitions

Elasticsearch File Generation:
  - Revert changes leading to wrong termcode hashes being used
    - Switch back to contextualized termcode hashes
