Active tab moving to another panel with sidebar closed

## Steps to reproduce
Use the top tab inside a panel for watching video (for example YouTube) with the sidebar closed for a while, then open it back.


## Expected behavior
The tab will be in the same panel as before

## Actual behavior
The tab is in the panel before the one where it was
