Installed from Github but getting every push update as an update

Is there a way to disable getting every push as an update or set a frequency?
I want more frequent updates tthan he the Firefox Add-on but don't want to update every day.

Thank you, I'll just change it globally. Was wondering if there was a way to change it just for the add-on but I guess it doesn't even matter since it doesn't automatically update the add-on without a restart/force update anyway since it is in-use.
