Bug description
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When creating a new transaction date format is MM/DD/YYYY even though in settings it's changed to YYYY/MM/DD. See screenshot below.
To Reproduce
Be as specific as possible so Maybe maintainers can quickly reproduce the bug you're experiencing.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Settings
- Inside Preferences set Date Format to YYYY/MM/DD
- Start creating new transaction
- See that date format is still the same (check screenshot)

What is the intended behavior that you would expect?
Date format should follow user preferences.
