Please share a guide on how to get Plaid API key

From my personal experience, it took me five minutes to set up gocardless api key.

With Plaid, I am not sure where to go. Its still in pending review for two months and I have a sales person from Plaid trying to contact me. It would be great to provide a guide how to create it.

Also, I am on v0.5.0, I dont see any Plaid in the settings. Would be good to update the docs on how to enable it.
