fix: updates anvil-zksync and filter non-kernel contracts

What 💻

• Filters out L1 non-kernal contracts
• Updates anvil-zksync and zksync-era dependencies

Why ✋

• era-contracts tests were failing due to these L1 contracts already being present in the address space
• Needed to update to reflect latest anvil-zksync changes. Related to fix: adjusts system contract deps to split out non-kernal contracts anvil-zksync#721
