sliding sync: Always infer the storage key from a sliding sync loop identifier

This is nicer than requesting a storage key manually, and would eliminate one possibility of API misuse (trying to use a storage key while it's not provided). Moreover, the sliding sync identifier will be useful for #1928 as well, since it could be used as the connection id.
