Testing compatibility without having MATLAB

Hi, i'm matpower-pip developer. That is a Python bridge to use matpower. I want to support user that use matlab, but I don't want to buy matlab license only for helping other using my code. Thus, is there any way to test my repository using matlab engine without me buying it? Thanks.
