[BUG] UnigetUI is not allowed to be closed if one of the installation lines (at the bottom) still exist on the UI. #3233

There is no close button on the dialog. I see only Quit and Cancel. |

Yes, everything works. Infact the lag is just a second or so, once the bottom installation line disappears, I can close without any issue. I was just reporting so that you could take away the dependency of the lines to disappear if they are successful. Hope I made sense. |

Describe your issue
After successful installation of the package, though the installation line at the bottom says, "Close". The main window close button will not allow saying, "Operation in progress". Only after the installation line disappears, the main window is allowed to be closed. Please see highlighted in the attached.
