boinc2docker:

* ef48194 - automatically install validator and assimilator
* 8661ce6 - put <fileinfo>'s first in boinc2docker input template
* d31c430 - remove some disk access from b2d_create_work for performance
* 63cb555 - made rsc_(memory/disk)_bound be in bytes to be consistent with bin/create_work
* f51403c - added disk bound checking and deprecated --memory
* 9d9a32c - gzip with --no-name to avoid screwing up md5 hash

boinc:

* dfecb88 - skip SFS check for obviously private IP addresses
* 20d07be - back end: add keyword-based component to job scheduling score
