updated boinc2docker

* automatically install validator and assimilator
* put <fileinfo>'s first in boinc2docker input template
* remove some disk access from b2d_create_work for performance
* made rsc_(memory/disk)_bound be in bytes to be consistent with bin/create_work
* added disk bound checking and deprecated --memory
* gzip with --no-name to avoid screwing up md5 hash
