Update the mapSDK puck in NavigationMapView with location course for bearing

MapSDK now supports the CLLocationDirection/course for bearing in the pr in v10.0.0-rc.1. We could remove our manual puck bearing update and have a smoothy puck movement.

Now our sdk is dependent on MapboxMaps v10.0.0-rc.1, we could choose the location course for puck bearing when heading is inaccessible under some simulated situation, and remove the manually update puck layer in the navigationMapView.moveUserLocation(to:animated:)
