Add size & time info to descriptions

Help the user select packages by improving the descriptions:

• Add to the description of packages like pdbs.pdbresym.vm that we know increase the size of the VM significantly the following sentence: Requires substantial disk space.
• Add to the description of packages like 010editor.vm ([0101editor.vm] Extremely Slow Download Speed for the 010Editor Installer #1275) that we know take long to install: Takes long to install.
• Add to the description of packages like visualstudio.vm that we know increase the size of the VM significantly the following sentence: Takes long to install and requires substantial disk space.

@vm-packages are there any other packages apart from pdbresym.vm, 010editor.vm, and visualstudio.vm where this need to be added? These are the only packages I can think of. 🤔
