winscp - wrong shortcut crashes

both versions 6.3.3 and 6.5.0 (updated by the update package job) crash when executing them, keeping this issue open to track the execution error

@sara-rn can you please include an screenshot or execution log as well? These kind of information is useful to investigate the issue. We have a bug issue template we should be using for bugs (it also adds labels so that you can't forget to add them): https://github.com/mandiant/VM-Packages/issues/new?template=bug.yml We should get more useful to use the templates (and improve them if they are not easy to use).

The current state of the winscp.vm package installs a broken shortcut that either errors after execution or sometimes causes the system to crash.

The actual tool itself that is installed works correctly, but is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP, whereas we're using a shortcut to C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\bin (should be the choco shim... which seems broken).

Thanks for the research @emtuls, I can confirm this is the issue also with the latest 6.5.1.
