Creating Shipping labels

Hi,
Its not a bug am just working to figure out how can I print shipping labels for Custom shipping methods,
I am working on creating package from order, and print label .
I am new to Magento if you can guide me in right direction it would be really really helpful, am stuck here for couple of weeks.
