Is it possible to always populate ?

Hello,
I see that the plugin was revamped recently! I really like to open a chat with :AIC, then tweak the settings last minute before sending a request. Is it possible to always populate the settings at the top of the AIC window ?

Hi, setting ui.populate_options = 1 in chat config should do the trick

Correct, that is how it works now. It does not populate all options, just those that are different to default ones

Hey @madox2 , thanks for your answer.
Would it be possible to have an option to populate all options, even those with default values ?
Or, could you indicate to me how to change those default values so that they always appear when I do :AIC ?

I want to try different models sometimes, and I can’t remember the options names or format to type them by hand, I would better have it populated and just replace the corresponding key.

@MartyLake : as a temporary workaround, you could use an abbreviation such as

autocmd FileType aichat inoreabbrev <buffer><expr> co getline('.') =~# '^\s*co$' ? "[chat]\noptions.model=o1\noptions.temperature=1\noptions.stream=0\noptions.request_timeout=99\n# options.initial_prompt=" : 'co'

to add those chat options of interest manually on top by typing co<cr>, say.
