egui_animation brings in eframe

It depends on hello_egui_utils, which in turns depends on eframe.

This is bad if someone wants to use an egui integration other than eframe.

Hmmm, it is marked as optional and should only be enabled when the example_util feature is enabled 🤔 Which only gets enabled in examples

A simple test project with

[dependencies]
egui-sfml = "0.9.0"
egui_dnd = "0.12.0"

indeed doesn't build eframe.

I don't know what causes cargo to go crazy and build eframe in my actual project that added egui_dnd as a dependency.
I'll have to investigate more.

Hmm, on second thought, I might actually have just been confused by the huge list of dependencies cargo added when I added egui_dnd.

It doesn't actually build them, my bad.

It's still not the most fortunate that your Cargo.lock gets flooded by tons of packages when adding what's supposed to be a simple utility, but it doesn't actually get built.

Just to show an example, this is what egui_dnd does to my Cargo.lock

Ooof yeah that is pretty bad. I should be able to move the eframe stuff in a separate crate that is only used as dev dependency, I think that should fix it. I'll keep the issue open.
