Broken University Artemis Links in README

Describe the bug

The links of

• University of Stuttgart
• Universität Passau

in the README don't work properly anymore (at least for me).

To Reproduce

Open the links to the Artemis-Systems of the listed universities. The application should not load (either empty or warning by browser).

Expected behavior

The links lead to the Artemis landing page, like all the others.

I think some of the links work but are only available using the VPN of these universities.

Artemis at Uni Passau should only be available within the university VPN, so it’s working as intended.

Hochschule München is also only accessible via VPN, I assume, but is not yet so marked.
(Similar for University of Stuttgart, but here, the certificate is just self-signed, I guess. So does not strictly need a comment)
