Overflow character

With recent font improvements, (thanks @RobertBrewitz !) it would make sense we add a max-height bound to text layouts, and if there is overflow on the height or width, we use an overflow character to crop it down, e.g. "..."

This would be very useful in, for example, chat bubbles.
