[Bug][Anti virus] Unclear message when a file is deleted

Steps
Precondition: turn on setting for deleting inspect

1. Go to mydrive
2. Upload a malicious file
3. See that a message is shown. The message said that a file is not loaded. This message is not enough to help user understand that the file was deleted because it is a malicious file. Beside that, user can miss the message because the message just shown in short time ( 2-3 second)

NOTE: Even, there is no message if we upload a folder contains a malicious file,

Expectation
Should have a clear message that help user aware that the file is deleted because it is a malicious file. And it should be shown enough long time to user aware about the deletion
