Duplicate ID for 1118/736

Since #1213 , the Bluetooth item conflicts with Xbox_One_Controller.cfg , I wonder why the duplicate check did not catch it. Problems reported on Discord.

The solution here is probably to comment the vid/pid on that one and just let it match on device name, right?
