Subscriptions missing when using local feed extraction

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in with a Piped instance that has subscriptions
2. Enable local feed extraction

Expected behavior

The feed should show videos from subscribers YouTube channels and a list of subscriptions.

Actual behavior

The feed is completely empty and no subscriptions are shown.

For now, you can export your subscriptions with local feed extraction disabled and afterwards import them with local feed extraction enabled.

With the recent update, channel data (channel name, avatar) are stored locally if Local feed extraction is used.

That data is however not yet stored in LibreTube if you used Piped for the feed (and thus also for loading the subscriptions channel data), so you need to resubscribe until we implement a workaround to automatically fetch all required channel data when toggling the option.

Okay, I got a bit confused here. In fact the proper solution is

• to fetch the subscriptions from Piped while you're logged in, that's not been the case because of a typo
• you should in fact automatically get logged out of your account if "Full local mode" is enabled and "Authentication instance" is disabled, that's another bug.

To achieve that you sync your subscriptions with Piped but do everything else locally in the future, you should enable the "Authentication instance" setting and selected your Piped instance there.
