helix support for xnew

The command

EDITOR=hx xnew package-name

Displays an empty file. The problem is the '+3' in https://github.com/leahneukirchen/xtools/blob/master/xnew#L97

Sorry, I tried about every editor I have on my machine (vim, emacs, nvi, pico, vis, kak, dte, joe) and they all support this. I'd recommend you to open a bug with helix instead.

A PR to add this functionality was merged upstream: helix-editor/helix#8521

So this should be closed.
