chore: update chromadb version to 0.5.20

since python312 compile failed on mac m1, issue can check
btw, python3.10 and python3.11 works fine, since we just update the default to python3.12 I think its better chore
the dependency for the developers.

• Chromadb fails to install on MacOS 13.2.1 (i9) with latest XCode  chroma-core/chroma#221
• [Install issue]: Cannot install on Python 3.12 because of missing wheels for chroma-hnswlib chroma-core/chroma#2059
