Description

Fixes #10112; In order to fix unexpected error when i test knowledge base with baidu vector database and wenxin embedding model, i add some extra logical checking:

1. add error handling for table or database already exist when create table and database;
2. convert numpy.float64 to float when search with baidu vector database;
3. add middleware config for baidu vector database;
