missing Moose driver: ABB / Air Liquide TRMC2 temperature controller

The driver for the ABB / Air Liquide TRMC2 temperature controller needs porting to Moose.

Here one might argue to deprecate the device:

• No longer produced
• Not portable: Requires Windows PC
• Odd, non standard, way of communication: Needs to write/read commands from a file
• Just use a Lakeshore ;). The Lakeshore 335 costs below 4000€ ;)
