Add dynamic redirect for latest Kubernetes API docs

This PR adds a dynamic redirect so that /docs/reference/generated/kubernetes-api/latest/
will point to the latest version folder (e.g., v1.33).

This is helpful for bookmarks or general links that shouldn't point to a fixed version.
