What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR improves the document outliner by introducing two small features:
1 . The outliner will now print versions by default along with the package names (decided from this very scientific Twitter poll). This can be turned off by specifying
--version=false2 . A new
--purlflag will display purls instead of names for each node in the SBOM graph (when available):Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
