Arc browser window stops being managed when leaving fullscreen mode #2653
Description
On Arc browser, when you exit fullscreen, the window will stop being managed. It isn't exactly in floating mode, because when it is in this state I cannot use fn + left/right click to move/resize the window like I could do with any other floating window. However when I use my hotkey to toggle floating mode, the window seems to remember it needs to be managed, and it re-enters the layout. See video below.
