how to create the phasing reference panel - No X-chromosome currently

Hi I am looking to run your pipeline on the X-chromosome being included but the 1000G Reference Panel that you have included in your pipeline does not contain the X-chromosome. Do you have the code for how you created the reference panel? I would like to run it on the same 1000 genomes data you ran but to keep the X-chromosome please.
