Application on scDNAseq

Hi,

Thanks for the great tool.

I am really interested in studying CNVs at single-cell resolution although I have some scDNAseq data from Tapestri (targeted sequencing).
I know the downstream analysis requires expression data, but would it be possible to apply this having phased VCFs from scDNAseq data?
