Analysis for the X chromosomes.

Hi developers,
I'm very impressed by your efforts.
Do you plan to extend this strategy for covering chromosome X, like other tools for a CNV analysis?
Given that PAR1 region is not affected by chromosome X inactivation, CNV call targeting PAR1 region would be warranted.
Are there any difficulties to do so?
