Split up WoT spec

WoT covers multiple access descriptions using WoT Binding Templates.
Split them up here per binding template so we have:

- `wot-http` for Web APIs over HTTP
- `wot-mqv` for MQTT streams
- `wot-kafka` for Kafka streams
- `wot-tcp` for TCP streams
...
