Indicate if a test result is reproducible (cf. RMLFNMLTC0001-CSV)

Some test results cannot be reproduced, e.g. RMLFNMLTC0001-CSV which involves the generation of unique ids. Probably they will need manual verification when running the test cases against an engine.
I propose to indicate this in the in the readme of those test cases (and also in this spreadsheet and descriptions.csv in the module of each repo).
