Better support for importing tardis as a library

The main use case for `tardis` right now is to operate as an executable packer a la UPX, but there are plenty of use cases where we'd like to be able to import libtardis from external code and call the packing / unpacking functionality. I don't think this is particularly well-documented or supported at the moment though.
