Inconsistent HLS Chunk Duration!

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out why the duration of HLS chunks is inconsistent - sometimes 6 seconds and sometimes 5.5 seconds. I wonder what might be causing this.

I've tried adjusting every parameter available in the nginx-pckg-module section, but I suspect it might be related to the encoder ( pushing the content ) or some transcoder parameters.
