Sorry, but this is just something that Mbin needs to implement. I would recommend upvoting or commenting on this issue for DM deletions: MbinOrg/mbin#1423. For individual notification deletions, you'll need to create a new issue: https://github.com/MbinOrg/mbin/issues.
