[BUG] Unable to cast when using DRMed content

Believe this is both #22 and #23,

on iOS: The chromecast receiver never shows up within the app

on Android: The chromecast receiver shows up within the app however nothing happens when you try to casy

To Reproduce

• Load DRMed video
• Attempt to cast (w/ custom receiver)
• Fail

Casting succeeds

Hey @jmurth1234, I do think you're right that the linked tickets (#22 and #23) need to be implemented.

There may also be a need for you to implement a custom receiver to receive the DRM'd content for playback. I'll follow up when I start on this.

The interface for passing userInfo is ready in this PR. There seems to be an issue with the iOS implementation, and you must be sure to have followed our docs (added in the PR's README change) and set up a custom receiver for DRM, as the default receiver won't play your content out of the box.
