Problem: Jetstream instructions are out of date

FYI I work on the Jetstream2 project. A member of the Jetstream2 team will submit a PR to address this issue soon.

Bug description

The Jetstream instructions are out of date. Jetstream2 launched in 2022 and has quite a few differences from the original.

How to reproduce

Try to install The Littlest JupyterHub on Jetstream2

Expected behaviour

The steps would make sense and the screenshots would look like the current Jetstream2 user interface.

Actual behaviour

Quite a few differences from the documentation, including:

1. XSEDE -> ACCESS
2. Control panel URL
3. User interface (slightly different steps and a different layout)
4. Featured operating system images
