Declare unit for all dashboards

• For CPU, I think we should use "SI short" when its available in Grafana 11, as we get m to show milli, making 0.010 become 10m for example.
• For Memory, we are good already in current dashboards having declared bytes
• I know we haven't declare unites for various dashboards since there are lint warnings.
