[proposal] Telling success stories of Jupyter in the community

Lots of people use Jupyter to do lots of things. We've heard many of these stories at JupyterCon, in the community call, in small discussions or 1:1 conversations. But we haven't done much as a project to promote these success stories.

This initiative is about collecting and publicizing these stories, perhaps through blog posts, short vignette videos, social media posts, website pages, etc.
