Matchable Endpoint (vocabulary)

The Matchable Endpoint of a Dispatch is an Endpoint representation of the Dispatch. In the Regular and Answer Morphologies it represents the Method, Resource, From and To Headers. In a Subscription Dispatch, it represents the Method, From and To Headers, and the Resource Pattern of the Endpoint Header.

This should be added to the Vocabulary.
