That will allow users to control that entities and remove them after each test

@jorgebodega Do you have any plans to get this merged in soon? This would be super helpful to tear down seeded data during the execution of several tests. |

This flag will allow users to take control of the entities created and delete them after execution. Some king of clearing database after test.
