Update Pyodide testing

Description

Hi! I noticed that https://github.com/jobovy/galpy/actions/workflows/build_pyodide_wheels.yml runs Pyodide 0.21, but we're at Pyodide 0.27 now and are going to release 0.28 soon. We don't provide support for older versions, so I'd recommend updating to Pyodide 0.27.5 and pyodide-build 0.30.0.

cibuildwheel also supports building Pyodide wheels nowadays.

Thanks for the heads-up! Yes, I've been meaning to upgrade the Pyodide version, so I'll attempt it soon. I might ask for some help, I'm not sure whether cibuildwheel would work for me, since I need the GSL.

Sure thing, I'm happy to help! I assume you need to point to GSL's WASM libs for the build – you may build it in a CIBW_BEFORE_BUILD_PYODIDE: step before you build galpy.
