Registration method causes changes in signal intensity

The registration causes a change in signal intensity that alters the time course plot. Although the SlicerSeQ-DCEMRI module does not cause it, their results are affected by this issue.

In parallel to developing this module, I'm working on a local copy of the Slicer Sequence Registration module to include additional functions relevant to the functional breast DCEMRI analysis (see moselhy/SlicerSequenceRegistration#8).

TODO: Create local branch in https://github.com/jlulloaa/SlicerSequenceRegistration to review the signal intensity issue and fix it.
