You can either use this template or use tiged, by running npx tiged jimmy-guzman/ts-starter
create a NPM_TOKEN and add NPM_TOKEN as repository secret
Replace ts-starter and jimmy-guzman
Set --dry_run to true in .github/workflows/cd.yml
