Is inlining still necessary?

Most clients now support the <style> tag, so is inlining still necessary. Perhaps it makes sense to deprecate smoothie or make the scope smaller and deprecate the style inlining?

I think that we could deprecate it perhaps.

I think there are alternatives now that offer the same as this would if the scope was reduced.

The foundation templating was handy but that could be a separate lib.
