Workbench: NEAT training panel does not repaint (exception)

1. Open Workbench and use Anayst Wizard to create NEAT training (sample data: http://dione.zcu.cz/~toman40/encog/data1a.zip).
2. Run task-full and click "Stop Current Command" when training performs a couple iterations.
3. Close all tabs.
4. Reopen training by doublclicking ".eg (NEATPopulation)".
5. Start training again using defaults.
6. Tab does not repaint + exception is thrown:

Fixed the above exception that occurred with sync between two tabs with NEAT.
